Each and every cell in our body serves a purpose, which ultimately determines what that mission is! Similar to how nature has supplied a milk set that comes before the permanent teeth, milk teeth. Actually have a purpose, contrary to the widespread belief that milk teeth are unimportant and will eventually fall out. They don't realise that the front teeth begin to fall out at around age 78 and the back teeth begin to fall-Out at around age 11–12. Therefore, it is crucial to have a healthy milk tooth in order to protect and preserve the health of the permanent teeth. The developing premolars are located below the primary molars. These premolars are guided to their proper location in the mouth  by a healthy milk tooth.

Due to space loss brought on by the early loss of primary molars from dental disease, the premolars may eventually veer off of their planned, proper eruption route.
