There are several factors for which we advise extraction, the most frequent of which is an impacted wisdom tooth, which causes discomfort and infection. We don't even bring up wisdom tooth extraction until it starts to cause issues because it isn't always necessary. They are referred to as wisdom, and ideally, they should lessen the issue rather than contribute to it. However, if they emerge impacted, the neighbouring teeth may experience issues. We have observed them moving unnecessarily in the direction of the other molar teeth when they erupt. Sometimes they develop at a straight angle to the jaw or in the direction of the back. As food debris builds up there, it can lead to mild to severe toothaches, infections, gum disorders, and tooth decay. If any of these problems exist, extraction is advised. If a tooth is asymptomatic—meaning it isn't currently causing any problems—we could also advise extraction because, as people age, operations get more challenging.
